Elasmosaurus had a relatively longer neck and its neck was also as thin as a snake. But, it owned a huge body with four large flipper-looking limbs.

The Loch Ness Monster was a mythical aquatic animal that dwelled in a deep loch (lake) in the highlands of Scotland, Great Britain. Its appearance was depicted to look similar just like an Elasmosaurus.

The paleontologists, based upon the fossilized remains of the Elasmosaurus however, have not been able to give a confirming statement that both the Elasmosaurus and the Loch Ness Monster are of the similar species.

The eye-witnesses had given details to the artists to depict their impression on the existence of the Loch Ness Monster as below.
