Banana milkshakes are favored by most people around the world. It is a relatively simple made drink and is also a nutritious and healthy drink. You just need to follow these steps to prepare yours.

First of all, you will need to get the main ingredients of bananas, crushed ice and milk. Optionally, you can add ingredients such as vanilla extract, sugar and salt if you like.

Select five ripe bananas and chop them into smaller pieces. Put these pieces in a blender. Then, add in one cup of crushed ice and one cup of milk to the chopped bananas. In order to get your desired consistency, you should blend the mixture for about three to five minutes.

After that, you can add in a pinch of salt, one tablespoon of vanilla essence and one tablespoon of sugar to the mixture. Next, blend all the mixture together until all the ingredients are thoroughly dissolved.

Lastly, pour the mixture into a chilled tall glass and add some whipped cream on top of it. Savor and serve this mouth-watering drink immediately.
