Submission Guidelines and Rules
E-infopage’s teams strive to provide unique, original, informative and high quality content for educational and entertainment purposes. While producing to be published at E-infopages.com, please follow the following guidelines to meet our editorial criteria to avoid rejection. Your submitted article (s) is (are) subjected to pre-screening process as described below:
CONTENT AND RULES
- The article must be your own creation or original content. Rebranded articles are not allowed and you are not allowed to submit articles by other authors as your own article.
- You cannot plagiarise material from any other author or source found anywhere else on the internet.
- Your content must not include any link to or promote online gambling, casinos, high yield investment sites, adult sites or links to any explicit content.
- You cannot include any active hyperlinks, promotional links or any affiliate links within the text of the article body.
- Multiple submissions of the same article are not allowed and will not be accepted as we consider duplicate submissions to be spamming which will also abuse the system while causing your status as a writer here to be suspended and your account to be banned. In short, you can only submit one article to its related category.
- Prior to submission, please spell check and proof read for grammatical, punctuation, capitalization and sentence type mistakes, and double check for accuracy (especially for health articles and any other academic related topics) to avoid rejection.
- Your content can be rejected for numerous grammatical or readability errors.
- Your content must not be plagiarized, violating the rights of authors here or authors from other sites. In other words it must be compliance with the copyright laws.
- E-infopages.com reserves the right to reject any submission.
- Our editors reserve the right to change where your article appears, such as the category, at any time.
- By submitting your article (s) to E-infopages.com, you grant us the right to publish your article (s).
- As a writer here, you cannot submit other author’s article (s) to other online article directories under your own name.
- All submissions here are copyrighted to its related authors and other authors cannot simply copy and paste the article (s) to use at their website, or blog without seeking prior approval from its creator (s). If found offending or violating the rules here, the related writer’s account will be suspended.
- Those who are found to have their submissions containing unrelated links (such as porn, sex, gambling), or anyone who is violating our policies here will have their account suspended.
- An article that contains advertorial or/and commercial content will be rejected. This content includes sales letters, promotional copy, or content with excessive self-promotion or blatant hype. Advertisements will not be accepted for publication.
- In order to have an Author Bio box appear at the end of your content, follow instructions here.

Uploading your avatar: When you are logged in, point to the name on the top bar and choose “Edit My Profile” or go to Profile→ Your Profile, you will see a “Picture” Column to your right. Click “Update Picture”, and then click “browse” to select a picture from your PC. Select the picture you want in a file upload window click “open”. Next, move your cursor around the picture to select the cropped version you wish to use as your avatar. Preview your selection, and then click “Crop Image” button. Next, click the “Close” button.

Choose your display name: In your profile page (point to the name on the top bar and select “Edit My Profile” or go to Profile→ Your Profile), go to “display name publicly as”, click on the dropdown menu and select whether you want your username or nickname (in a case that your username is different from your nickname) to be shown publicly.

Fill in your author bio info: In your profile page (point to the name on the top bar and select “Edit My Profile” or go to Profile→ Your Profile), fill in your “website” URL (note: affiliate and promotional links are not allowed), and your “Biographical Info”. Take note that your “Biographical Info” must be written in less than 400 characters and no affiliate and promotional links are allowed to be typed inside this “Biographical Info” box. If you violate this request, we will remove or suspend your account.
17. Submission at E-infopages.com will entitle you to monetary compensation by joining our Chitika revenue sharing program. Additionally, it will assist you in gaining readership and traffic to your original article.
FORMATING
- The first image in your post will be uploaded as your thumbnail. If there is a problem with uploading it the second one will be selected.
- Each submission must have an article summary at least 50 characters, but preferably up to 600 characters (including punctuations and spaces). Your summary will give readers a quick overview of your article and thus grab their attention making them desire to read your article.
- In your “post tags” column, type in at least 5-15 highly relevant keywords keywords. Highly relevant keywords will help your article be crawled effectively by the search engines. You can get some idea from the built-in keyword statistic to know the strength of your keywords in general.
- For your article title, do not use ALL CAPs or ALL LOWER CASE LETTERS and we recommend you to have up to 80 characters in it but not more than 150 characters for better search engine results. Your website or company name as well as your author name should not appear in your article title. Your article title should have at least two words. Titles must not contain repetitive punctuation (such as ???, !!!, ….. and etc.); must not contain any URLs; must not contain names of illegal activities, affiliate programs or illegal prescription drugs; and titles must not have HTML tags of any kind.
- For your article body, a minimum of 50 words (excluding punctuation) is allowed but a maximum length of 2,500 words (excluding punctuation). Your article must be entertaining, informative, unique, impressive or attractive by providing valuable input and useful information; exception for poems.
- Your author name should not appear in your article title. Also, do not use your website, company or blog name as your author name. Of course, you are allowed to use your pen name but an author name of anonymous is not allowed.
- You cannot use bold, italicize or underline the entire article. Only italicize, bold or underline the text or sentence that needs to be emphasized.
- Do not write one long article into one paragraph as this will lead to article rejection.
OBJECTIONAL, INAPPROPRIATE OR ILLEGAL SUBJECT MATTER
- Articles that appear to be prejudiced, hateful, pornographic, offensive, defamatory, libellous, sexually abusive, or appear to be promoting products or are advertisements are considered spam and will not be approved for publication.
- Similarly, we do not allow content with sex toys, illegal and inappropriate subject matters (such as selling drugs, tobacco and medicines; movie, software or game downloads; product direct selling; affiliate selling; paid per click services; money earning programs; MLM programs; massage services or any other inappropriate subject matters), false information, escort services, pornography, dominant party elections, right wings political perspectives, hateful speech, potentially dangerous information, any illegal activities or fraud related content or any content that is in violation to another individuals, authors, companies or organizations trademarks, rights, logo, or trade names.
- We do not accept content that is Private Label Rights (PLR) articles, essays for sale, or term papers, and your submission can not be spun.
- Articles that contain content on illegal drugs, illegal money cheating, firearms, or promotion of tobacco/alcohol related products or the promotion of prescription drugs will be subjected to rejection without any explanation.
